GIRA GLOBAL
GIRA Global focuses on bringing GIRA’s mission of youth education in international affairs worldwide, fostering educational and cultural exchanges across the world. We organize and help support high-quality diplomatic simulations and training programs that emphasize debate, diplomacy, and international relations. Through our partnerships with organizations in various countries, GIRA Global provides immersive experiences designed to inspire and empower the next generation of student leaders in global affairs.
APE/NAIMUN China
Since 1963, the North American Invitation Model United Nations (NAIMUN) has been a cornerstone of American Model UN. One of the oldest United Nations simulations for students in the world, NAIMUN has grown over the years into a conference which brings together thousands of high delegates from diverse backgrounds. GIRA is delighted to bring that conference experience directly to delegates in China through our NAIMUN China program in conjunction with our partners APE (Alpha Partners Education). As one of our longest standing partnerships, the conference is now in its seventh iteration. Gathering delegates from across the region, NAIMUN China has, and will continue to push delegates to think critically, debate effectively, and negotiate diplomatically in tackling the most pressing issues of the day.
CACMUN
The Colegio Anglo Colombiano’s Model United Nations is a prestigious high school Model UN conference held annually in Bogotá, Colombia. GIRA has proudly partnered with CACMUN since 2022, providing online training sessions before the conference and traveling to Bogotá to lead interactive workshops on public speaking and advanced MUN skills.
ALL FOUNDATION - ETHIOPIA
GIRA, in collaboration with our partner All Foundation, is proud to announce GIRA Ethiopia, our first GIRA-organized conference on the African continent, scheduled for April 2025. Together, we are launching this new conference in Addis Ababa with the goal of expanding access to Model UN and international relations education for students across Ethiopia, particularly in communities that have traditionally lacked such opportunities. Drawing on GIRA’s long history and expertise in youth international relations education, this initiative aims to empower the next generation of Africa’s leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to engage in global diplomacy and leadership.
